Work is progressing nicely on the shop.  The electrician and plumber have been there this week, and we hope to have them finished by the end of the week.  Then, Brian Spitzer (our contractor) can put up the walls, ceilings, lights, etc, and we can order in product, install the equipment and be open for business.  We’re hoping for a March opening date–God willing.  We can’t wait to start making Shave Ice.
